When booking appointments over the phone please have your credit card details ready to secure your appointment. You will not be charged anything untill the day of the procedure.

Cancellation Policy
Reserved appointments incur time and costs. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide atleast 24hours notice. A cancellation within 24hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment(s) booked and a NO-Show will incur 100% charge.

Refund Policy
All treatments, packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable. However if you are unhappy with any outcome of a procedure, we will do our best to fix the situation.

Celliki accepts no responsibility for any  loss or damage of personal possesions of any kind brought into a clinic or spa.

Pricing
Prices listed include GST and are current as of 01/02/2009 and are subject to change without notice.

Parking
Free parking is available for clients to Celliki.

Special Health Considerations
If you are under the supervision of a doctor or using any medications, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling a treatment. You will need to fill out a Health Declaration form before any procedure(s) to ensure you are healthy. Please make us aware of any medical conditions you may have (including but not limited to: heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recent injury, accident or (plastic)surgery to the treated area, sensitivities, allergies, skin conditions or pregancy).

*please do not consume any alcohol or drugs the day before/day of your scheduled treatment, very important as alcohol thins the blood.
